A Little Bit about Us
The Westerfield family consists of Fraser, CeCe and three daughters, Heather, Katie and Kristen. Fraser, a retired union carpenter, enjoys bird hunting with the dogs, especially chukar and quail. CeCe is a network technician for the local community college. She enjoys quilting, reading, exercising with her Jazzercise group and anything to do with the dogs.
Heather, husband Corey, son Chase,
and daughter Giana live in Salt Lake City, Utah. Chase is 3
yrs. old and quite the intelligent young man. He just started
preschool and really enjoys his play time. Giana is 7 months old
and is already turning into a beautiful young lady.
Katie is the primary handler of the dogs.
After spending most of her life in the show ring exhibiting pigs, sheep
and dairy
cattle, showing dogs was a natural next step. Katie has
handled both Spirit and Alex to their conformation championships.
She also handled Spirit to her Junior Hunter Title and is currently
training Alex for future Hunt Tests. Spirit has
attended Agility and Obedience classes. Katie and
Scott delivered their first child, Brodie, 3/12/08.
Kristen has
recently returned home to finish her schooling at CSU Bakersfield.
Fixing up her Ford
truck , skeet shooting
and horseback riding are a few of the things
that keep her busy
outside of school and work.
